While being eyed suspiciously I noticed that Pelican was letting the waves slide across their feat as they waited to start their latest evening dives into the surf. The beach here was getting such a long gentle roll of water across it I noticed it made a better than usual mirrored surface to workk with. So even though the sun was blistering and incredibly high contrast lighting I had a lot of fun shooting back towards the town and clouds coming in as a nice backdrop to the mirrored pelican on the beach. I like to think this is the one that would torture me by waiting till I was lost in thought to fly directly next to my head when I wasn't ready to quickly snap a in flight photo. It was a very strong sunset that broke through the clouds too and now I must sleep. Too tired for more edits today.
