I was swimming along above a ray deep below but then all of a sudden as we both came up to a big ridge it decided to billow up and over it bringing it just below me. Honestly a little alarming how quickly it literally rolled across the rocks and up to me giving me probably unfounded Steve Irwin flashbacks. Ultimately it was just going on its errands and slid off into the distance. Incredibly cool to see how it propels itself through the water even though it was a much murkier day at this site. I've put in black and white to try and really focus on the subject here given how much particulate was in the water with the added bonus of highlighting further the light rays too stretching down into the lower depths.
