Torres del Paine, Chile
The view from the Mirador Britanico except the one a little off to the side away from the dozen folks posing and chilling on the classic rock overhang shot. Because of all the time gating of the trails stuck with some serious overcast midday vibes but I think it was actually a nice reminder it's fine to do landscape photography in the middle of the day. And there is a certain pleasantness to the midday sun striking the snow-packs and matching the washed out sky when contrasted against the colour elsewhere in the world. Was super cool to hear the world ripping avalanche echoes reverberate through the canyon and bowl while up there. I think as you can see from the ever so slight start to fall colouring this would be a stunning trek about a month after I was there with the landscape carpeted in fiery fall instead.
