Everytime I drove over this hill and down into the core of Calgary over the years for a split moment my eyes would be lined up with a great composition and view out over the city with the road leading in to the scene. This is a road I'm not willing to stand in the middle of and be promptly pancaked into the asphalt so I did search around and try shots from the nearby hill lucking out and shooting through a torn down lot but it was never quite right. Then finally I decided to give the bridge a shot and it's pretty close minus needing to live with the power pole foreground.
